Abstract:
Abstract— The article proposes a model for the functioning of the district heating industry under the conditions of the alternative boiler house mechanism. This model is used to build forecast scenarios for the development of the industry and its two segments: the alt boiler room and other district heating systems. In addition, options for reforming the industry are shown and mechanisms and tools are proposed for its transition to break-even operation.
