Abstract:
Abstract The article presents the results of testing the developed model complex for assessing infrastructure projects that ensure import substitution. It includes the following groups of models: a financial and economic model of the project, an optimization inter-industry interregional and econometric model. The combinations of methods and models used in the complex vary significantly for different projects. The developed approach is adapted to the assessment of a real research infrastructure project. The results of the calculations show the possibility of analyzing economic development trends in connection with the representation of import substitution processes at the microeconomic project level.
