Consumer demand for poultry at home and away from home: a discrete choice analysis

Abstract: US consumption of poultry products has increased steadily, over the past several years. This study identifies how socio-economic and demographic factors affect the probability of consuming poultry at home and away from home, using the Nationwide Food Consumption Survey of the US Department of Agriculture.
