Abstract: This customer goes into SonarSupermarkets for grocery shopping. The customer gets ignored by the cashier. The customer tries unsuccessfully to interrupt the cashier and bagboy’s conversation. The customer is unable to get a SonarSupermarkets card. The customer leaves feeling unsatisfied.
