Abstract:
In this article we examine what the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy may wish to do going forward when it comes to communicating the risks and uncertainties associated with the Dutch energy transition. The article is based in part on two case studies namely the communications regarding COVID vaccines in Sweden in the spring of 2021 and EFSA’s multi-year effort in developing a coherent strategy regarding the communication of uncertainty.
