Abstract:
Co-creation is a concept that offers a broad perspective on the involvement of external actors in public administration. With the intent of contributing to the clarification of certain aspects of this concept, this paper aims to find out which new influencing factors of the implementation of co-creation can be identified in the selected departments of a Czech municipal public administration organization. Through the analysis of qualitative interviews, 13 influencing factors of co-creation were identified that should be considered in future implementations of co-creative methods in other public administration organizations in the Czech Republic and abroad.
