Does the Civil Service Commission in Bangladesh map skills to align education, recruitment testing, and training?

Abstract: This article focuses on recruitment testing for white collar jobs in the public sector; the goal is to better align public administration programmes, recruitment testing and training. Although the research was done in Bangladesh, other developing nations will benefit from the results.
