Voices, their origin, and ways to address them: Two propositions and a resolution

Berenice Royal

Psychosis, 2015, vol. 7, issue 2, 186-191

Abstract: This article reflects on symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia (voice hearing) and speculates that these could be caused by either telepathy or trauma. It discusses supporting literature, arguments and evidence for both assumptions. The article then integrates these two perspectives into one synthetic explanation. Finally, it provides an approach for dealing with the voices based on this synthetic explanation.
