Abstract:
This paper is concerned with stability analysis for LFC systems with electric vehicles (EVs) and wind power subject to time delay. Firstly, a couple of models are developed for LFC systems based on PI control strategy. Secondly, improved slack-matrix-based functions (SMFs) are proposed, which consider the relationships among system states. Thirdly, by use of SMFs, the delay-dependent stability conditions are put forward for both of normal and uncertain LFC systems. Finally, case studies verify effectiveness of the proposed approaches.
