Abstract:
This paper is dealt with the problem of stochastic sampled-data control for singular systems with time-varying delay and external disturbances. First, in response to external disturbances, an extended dissipative control strategy is formulated to replace the traditional $ H_{\infty } $ H∞ control or passivity framework, thereby broadening the scope of potential applications. Second, stochastic sampling control is employed for singular systems with time-varying delay using the Bernoulli distribution technique, rather than the deterministic sampling used by existing works. More importantly, by utilising a delay-dependent Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a new stabilisation criterion is established through the Jensen's inequality, free-weighted matrix approach and the auxiliary vector function method. Finally, two practical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
