Abstract: This paper studies the explicit form and robust set stability of time-delayed implicit Boolean networks (TDIBNs) with function perturbation. Firstly, the dynamics of TDIBNs is converted to an algebraic form by using the semi-tensor product, based on which, a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the uniqueness of solution to TDIBNs, and the explicit form is obtained for the considered TDIBNs. Secondly, the explicit form is converted into the form of block logical dynamical systems (BLDSs), and the set stability of TDIBNs is analysed via the set stability of BLDSs. Thirdly, a verifiable criterion is presented for the robust set stability of TDIBNs based on the information of function perturbation and the state transition of original explicit form. Finally, a simple model of apoptosis network is used to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.
