Abstract: The issue of suicide terrorism is a controversial one, which currently raises a lot of discussions due to the social-psychological complexity, but especially from a legal point of view. This research area emphasizes the need for the justice system to put an end to this phenomenon and to promote preventive measures to combat terrorism and radicalization, as a result of the recurrent confrontation of the international community with the recruitment and execution of suicide attacks by terrorist groups. The need to discover the general features of this type of terrorism is an objective of the structures for combating and investigating organized crime and terrorism. The clear understanding of the radicalization process aims to detect the early signs of the individual with terrorist tendencies.
