Abstract: Crime can be influenced by several factors such as age, ethnicity, race, religion, social class, sexual orientation, education, families of individuals and sex, even the climate from which they come can be a factor in favor of criminal nature. In this thesis, we presented in particular the factor of gender differences in the field of crime. If we take a look through the libraries of the world or in various articles, books, studies conducted in this vast field, we can see that female crime plays a minor role in the study of criminology. Hence the criminological theories of couple crime, which range from domestic violence to the most notorious criminal couples in world history, such as The Barrow Gang, Bonnie and Clyde, two of the most ferocious criminals of the 1920s. Over time, society has continually fought against the greatest scourge of society, namely crime. But the institution of crime has begun to show real interest in researchers only in the last two centuries, with crimes increasing considerably from one period to another.
