Abstract: Simulation cert est hominis - Terentiu. To pretend is a man's safety (an attribute). The paper examines in a more synthetic way the appearance and evolution of the simulation in the Romanian legislation, as well as the stability obtained by the "lie" in the current legal framework of the Romanian law system. Also, for a complete picture, I will analyze with stoicism the structure of the simulation, elements, forms and effects, but also its connection with other institutions.
