Abstract:
This paper considers the possibility of electricity exports’ increasing from Ukraine to the EU. An assessment of the economic and environmental consequences on the basis of the computable general equilibrium model of Ukraine’s economy and the model of energy system «TIMES-Ukraine» are given. Analysis of macroeconomic, sectorial and crosssectorial effects is provided; the relevant economic risks are identified.
