Abstract: The article deals with the problems of establishing and managing insurance company’s finance. It contains the analysis of existing terminology and gives the authors’ definition of insurance company’s finance. It considers financial management features of this company and reveals assets and liabilies management problems as well as the problems of creating and using insurance reserves, improving reinsurance system effectiveness as the most important factors of providing and increasing the level of insurance financial stability.
