Abstract:
Focuses on the formed social-demographic situation in the context of the native minorities of the population of the North (KMNS), shown is the role of the roots of the traditional nature use in their life styles in the context of the new territory of the transport-promoter acquiring of the North, near-polar and polar Ural. Distinguishes the socio-economical consequences of the acquiring of the region for KMNS and the traditional economy.
