Abstract: In article analyses common and specific chine’s problems reformation, adaptation and modernization national economy on the way globalization processes in the world, including such forms us international trade. Chine is quickly development state postsocialist type, very activities integrities in world economy systems, across very high temps of the economic rate and adopting national economy to specific going and methods industrialization, scientific-technical, social and economic progress, formation on this base of the postindustrial economy.
