Abstract: The estimation of competitive positions of a domestic production of iatrotechnics and products of medical purpose is given. Influence of development National program development of the medical industry and systems of measures of state regulation on inclusion in action of regional organizational mechanisms of realization and financial support of the program "Health" is analysed.
