Tools of increase of strategic efficiency diversification of the company

Abstract: The analysis of possible approaches to development of strategy of development of the versatile company is lead. It is shown, that the basic maintenance of strategy is diversification . Vision of its strategy is reflected In an example of the enterprise of the high technology mechanical engineering in a direction of increase of efficiency of not profile kinds of activity. Deterrents of each direction are revealed and tools of the decision of these problems in a format of regional industrial policy are designated.
