The hi-tech enterprises as object of industrial policy

Abstract:
The article is considers the analysis of the state of Russian hi-tech enterprises and governmental efforts on their support. The main trends and basic complications of the development of enterprises of Russian military-industrial complex as an innovation source and basis of so called "new economy" formation are touched upon in this paper and the essential areas of focus of implementation of industrial policy tools to solve topical issues are defined.
