The municipal industrial policy as the basis of prevention of risks of occurrence of extreme situations

Abstract: In clause the methodological approach to an estimation of territorial risks of occurrence of extreme situations as important part is considered at formation of municipal industrial policy for large industrial centres. The structure of territorial risks reveals and the technique of their estimation is offered.
