Education in region: use of the mental potential of high schools (on the example of the Perm edge)

Abstract: In clause there are considered the questions of high-education in region on the basis of activization of use in regional economic development of a mental potential of high schools. There is also put the problem of optimization of interaction of high schools and the government in interests of steady social and economic development of region. Research is based on experience of realization target educational programs of the Perm edge "High schools and region".
