Enterprise value management mechanism

Abstract: There is brief analysis of the existing methods of enterprise value management mechanism and provision of definition of value in the article. The Article reveals usage specificity of balanced scorecard concept for realization of strategy for company value maximizing. The author’s approach to the model of enterprise value management is provided.
