The institutional and economic nature of the clusters

Abstract: In article the judgement of the nature of business-clusters, the reasons and contradictions of their formation on the basis of development of ideas of school of Nobel winner R. Koase and G.B. Klejner's system-integration theory is offered. Necessity of the account of institutional factors during management of process of clasterization and a importance of development of the evolutionary approach to studying cluster forms of spatial integration is proved.
