Hierarchical interactions between subjects of the construction market

Abstract: This paper concerns the problem of creation of competitive residual construction market. The absence of strategic interactions between main players of the analyzed market is claimed to be main reason for undeveloped competitive environment. The hierarchical analysis is proposed to be used in developing of the system of effective interactions between subjects of the given market.
