The role of the non-material actives in regional economic development

Abstract:
In clause the special attention is given to a problem of an estimation of the importance of non-material actives for economic development as region as a whole, and the separate enterprises, based on foreign practice. The objective and subjective reasons of weak involving of non-material actives in economic circulation of region are revealed. Ways of overcoming of problems of inefficient use of non-material actives are offered.
