Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of an estimation of ecological safety at a regional level. Authors systematized criteria and considered the algorithm of an estimation of ecological safety of the region. The methodical device of an estimation of ecological safety of the region on factor of an exhaustion ecological technical capacity of territory was offered.
