Abstract: In the article considered the instruments of government policy, which is in using of state by decision of questions on reducing negative economic and social consequences of changing and structure reforms of economic sector (restructure and liquidation of large enterprises, region complexes, reducing work places). There are conclusions about effectiveness of their work.
