Abstract: The article deals with environmental management and economic valuation of natural resource potential. The reason for the relevance and the prospects for the use of geographic information technologies. On the basis of GIS system shows a new approach to integrated assessment of the natural richness of the territory. Was creating а geographic information-analytical system of the natural resources of the territory. A geographic information and tested model for assessing economic and natural resources.
