Abstract: The situation on this market of goods and services for production purpose is stipulated by the search for new methods of acquiring and provision of information about the company’s product from the distributor to the industrial consumer. The designing and balancing of the criteria of the performance evaluation with the application of the method of multilevel decomposition of the enterprise as an economic system are suggested for the comparison of the efficiency of goods and services in that sphere.
