Technique of the estimation of efficiency budgetary regulation of local budgets

Abstract: This article presents the estimation’s principles of efficiency of the budgetary control, which is carried out in six stages. The evaluation of financial stability of local budgets is presented. There is a model of indexation of calculation indexes, but not financial backing funds, which will allow to improve efficiency of budget expenses.
