Abstract:
The complex approach to regulate the process of formation of the competitive environment at different market levels – municipal, regional and national is considered in the paper. On the basis of adjusting influence of power structures of a corresponding hierarchical level. Besides there are given some suggestions to use tax regulators and budgetary subsidizing for the purposes to maximize economic growth of territories on the basis of the competitive environment development.
