Abstract: The necessity of the reduction of the influence of the international economic crisis on national, regional markets requires the corrections to long-term strategy of the development of nucleus energy. The growth of efficiency of functioning of the enterprises and realization of the investment programs at the expense of attraction of the external and internal financial sources must be formed by branch model on base of the intensive type of the economic development.
