Abstract: The dichotomy «the market – the state» and its conceptual registration is analyzed. Genesis of neoliberal model, it Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ð½Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑ ÐºÐ¸Ð¹ potential and possibility of use of analytical toolkit of neoliberalism for formation of postcrisis model of development of economic is considered.
