Conversion of the industrial development institutions of region in conditions of economical crisis: innovation view

Abstract: In the conditions of the world financial and economical crisis conversion of the regional development institutions seems to be an important task. We suggest creation of the new industrial development institutions that are oriented towards the stimulation of the industrial production along with the increase of public order and infrastructural investments development.
