Abstract:
The problems of structural changes in the industrialized region on the example of the Udmurt Republic. We show that structural changes have taken place were not the result of deliberate policy, but the its was the objective consequence of structural and technological asymmetries. A need for large-scale structural changes in the industry. We show that the restructuring is the instrument through which the productive complex may be an adequate response to changing external and internal conditions. Formulated the concept of restructuring of the industry in crisis, including the creation of special economic zones, clusters, technology parks. Criteria of structural adjustment and structural priorities in accordance with certain criteria.
