Abstract:
The present article is to define an «information asymmetry» term depending on the information type; to prove incapability of the existing signs of smoothing of information asymmetry effects; and to substantiate an urgent need for generation of an information and economic mechanism aimed at formation of competitive environment on the trade market on the basis of information asymmetry level management.
