Optimization of innovation risks as a factor of new economy

Abstract: The paper deals with the analysis of urgent issues referred to the theory of new economy as “economy of knowledge†, “innovation†, “information†, and mainly in terms of uncertainty and risks. The necessity and possibilities of information technologies to estimate and optimize all risks, innovative ones in particular, are evaluated. Theoretical substantiation of information technology advantages over conventional ones is given for those who are in charge of making decisions at different levels of management.
