Abstract: The authors of the article present the new category of social and economic subsystem — the regional needs in the entrepreneurship — as a major factor of productive entrepreneurship activity increase. Application of the specified category by the regional subject of management allows to carry out construction of individual model of region entrepreneurship development. On the basis of analysis of the existing approaches that are shaping the entrepreneurial regional model, the study considers the essence of the entrepreneurial solidarity and the life cycle of entrepreneurship as a system and the authors make conclusion on the issues of management of entrepreneurship in the region and about the opportunities of an maturity level estimation of the regional management.
