Estimating of socioeconomic effectiveness of public health insurance organizations

Abstract: The mention in the article is made of the necessity to perfect existing methods of calculation of production result of functioning of public health insurance organizations with the aim of adequate determination of their activity effectiveness. Several approaches for solving of the problem given are proposed, and their advantages are considered. Some features of functioning of organizations researched are emphasized, especially that make difficult applying of approaches suggested, and measures are given to remove their negative impact.
