Educational innovations: experience of introduction of competence approach

Abstract: The mention in the article is made of competence approach as a basic condition for realization of innovations in education. The need in specialists on labour market is evaluated in order to analyze relation between requirements of high schools and requirements of employers concerning graduates. The model of estimation of competencies is proposed that includes subjects, objects, levels and methods of estimation of competencies.
