Abstract:
The notice in the article is taken of basic processes influencing introduction of problem innovations in the food sphere. Main consequences of problem innovations introduction on the quality of food production and on the internal consumption of population are determined as well as measures for reduction of negative consequences in this area are proposed by the author.
