Development of enterprise networks in public utility sphere in regions

Abstract: The article considered information about the basic problems in housing and communal services sphere in regions, measures under their decision and creation of favorable conditions for formation of enterprise networks are resulted. The complex of actions of the enterprise networks directed on development in the competitive environment is defined. The concept of development of the given branch of economy is formulated.
