Abstract: The consideration in the article is taken of problems which now face the agrarian and industrial complex organizations. The technique of an estimation of level of economic safety of the organizations of agrarian and industrial complex is offered, which will allow reducing of risks in the field of economic safety of the organizations of agrarian and industrial complex, will allow to raise level and quality of life of population and will promote an increase of food safety of the state.
