Quality of services in tourist business as a strategic basis of tourism development

Abstract: Tourism is a fast developing industry of the Russian economy. Service quality is closely connected with the quality system of the tourist product. Quality service is the key to commercial success, living up to standards is an inseparable part of stability and competitiveness of the enterprises in the Russian market of tourist services.
