Abstract:
The some main peculiarities of Udmurt engineering industry under conditions of strong competition and globalization of world economy are stated in the article. Most of the attention is focused on the assessment of negative trends cropped out irrelatively of world financial crisis, which abated competitiveness of domestic industrial enterprises. It allows us to propose a model of crisis management on basis of shareholding structuring of corporate units.
