Systematic approach to modernizing the production company

Abstract: The article discusses a systematic approach to modernizing the company. Modernization claims as a tool for strategic development. An issue of the modernization is explored as inseparable mutual relationship of the comprehensive improvement of all its directions. On the example of OJSC «Perm Oil Machine Engineering Company» the mechanism of control modernization based on the strategy and optimization models is described and the relationship between modernization and strategy is shown.
