Abstract: The paper reviews the necessity of organizing an ethnic natural park «Synsko-Voykarsky» in the upper area of Synya and Voikar rivers. The park will be designed for use in environmental, economic, educational and recreational purposes. It's core functions, objectives and main components are defined.
