Abstract:
This paper is devoted to the search for potentially suitable conditionsand control factors for the national meat subcomplex in frame of national agriculture ability to compete state control. Some recommendations on choosing the main factor for subject of control policy goals achievement are proposed. Also the methodic of agriculture ability to compete control measures conversion into main control parameter of the managed object is offered. On the example of meat subcomplex, some conceptual proposals for national agriculture ability to compete measures effectiveness improvement are designed, concerning modern Russian economic conditions.
